I'm maybe 1 month into a "be in a daily 300 calorie deficit" sprint, ~50% of the way there re: my goal to lose my love handles. It's going well (thank you Chronometer!) but has left me without much energy for weight training, which kinda sucks. I'm excited to get back into it once the fat loss era is over. I've been doing jump rope as my cardio of choice and it's super super fun with music.
I got into a really bad habit for a few weeks of waking up and immediately doing computer stuff and now I _really_ need to lock in a daily stretching practice!!!

I was enjoying doing ~40 minute long calisthenics workouts, but now I'm doing 1900 calories a day I feel SO much weaker, it's insane. So I'm aiming for 10 mins a day just to keep healthy

As with weights, I'm been doing this for longer than the beeminder shows, but oh well. I discovered a few months ago that jump rope is by far my favourite cardio (maybe tied with swimming). It's super fun to do with music once you've learned a few moves and found some songs at the right BPM, and it's incredibly efficient - I'm dead after like 15 minutes. Heart rate gets up to like 185bpm so it's the perfect HIIT workout, whilst being super portable/convenient. Just watch out for shin splints!!!

At the time of writing this, my daily steps per day was at 3000, which is pretty frickin poor, hence making this new beeminder!
